The names will appear in the same order in which they are entered in the name section when placing the order.
The name section allows up to 20 characters. If your text is longer, we may be able to reduce the font size while maintaining the balance and integrity of the design.

Yes. You can enter the names of a couple or the recipient’s full name in the name section when placing your order. Please enter the names exactly as you would like them to appear on the certificate.

Yes. A final digital preview showing the spelling, arrangement, and appearance of the names will be sent to you within one business day of placing your order and must be approved before printing begins.
Yes. You may request corrections to the custom information entered when placing your order, such as names, spelling, language, or other personalized details. Changes to the original certificate wording cannot be requested during design approval. To use your own wording, please select the Create My Own Certificate option.
No. Once the final preview has been approved, the certificate will move into production and no further changes can be made.
Your order will remain on hold until the final design preview is approved. We recommend reviewing and approving it as soon as possible to avoid delaying preparation and delivery.

As every certificate is made to order and personalized specifically for you, all sales are final and personalized certificates cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive with a confirmed production defect or damage.
Please contact us immediately if you notice an error before approving the preview. Once the preview is approved, customer-submitted errors are not eligible for a return, refund, or complimentary replacement.
Please email us within three business days of delivery with your order number, full name, a clear description of the issue, and photographs of both the product and its packaging as received. If the issue is confirmed to be a production error, we will provide an appropriate replacement or refund to the original payment method used when placing the order.
