Refund policy

Thank you for choosing our custom appreciation certificates. Each order is made to order and personalized based on the information provided by the customer. As such, all sales are final and non-returnable.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the customized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Errors in personalization submitted by the customer

• Preferences regarding design or layout, if delivered as ordered

 

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care to ensure each certificate meets our quality standards. If your item arrives with a clear and verifiable defect, please notify us within 3 business days of delivery by emailing info@thecertificatehub.com with

• A clear description of the issue

• Photographic evidence of the defect

• Your order number and full name

 

If the defect is confirmed to be a production error on our part, we will offer one of the following solutions

• A corrected replacement at no additional cost

• A full refund inculding the shipping fees. 

 

Important Notes

• We reserve the right to decline replacement or refund requests if the item is found to be free of manufacturing defects.

• Claims submitted after the 3-day window may not be eligible for review.

• Shipping damage claims must be accompanied by photos of the packaging and product as received.
